I'll have my computer with me that has many versions of Flash on it, so I can demonstrate the techniques in either Flash 5, Flash MX 2004, Flash 8, Flash CS3 or Flash CS4. I'll probably primarily be using Flash 8 though but can switch to whatever the class members need.
